Sizing
How do I select my size?
When selecting your belt size on our website www.bodyaestheticslab.com, please remember to select it based on waist measurements NOT clothing size, as our belts are true to size and do not stretch to fit. It is recommended that if your hips are wider than your waist, that you go up a size. Here is a great link that teaches you how to properly measure your waist:

Care Instructions
How to care for my BAL Shapewear?
⦁ Do not machine wash.
⦁ Hand wash your BAL Shapewear using cold water and your favorite detergent.
⦁ Wash your BAL Shapewear as needed/ desired.
⦁ Do not machine dry.
Air dry your belt and allow it to dry fully before working out in it again.
Processing Times
We're happy to announce that we offer same-day order processing for orders placed before 11:00 AM US Central Standard Time, excluding delivery time.
Please note: During periods of increased volume during holidays and promotional sales, order processing can increase by up to 7-14 business days or two business weeks.
Shipping
⦁ Once your order has been processed and shipped, it can take up to 3-7 business days for delivery for US orders and 6-10 business days for International Orders.
⦁ Express orders placed before 11:00 AM US Central Standard Time, during normal business operating days (Monday thru Thursday) will process the same day. Orders processed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Lost/ Missing Packages
Once your order has been assigned tracking and has successfully logged with a postal carrier for shipment and delivery, Body Aesthetics Lab® is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages.
If your order shows delivered but you have not received it, please email support@bodyaestheticslab.com for claim instructions.
Return Policy
30 Day Return Policy. 30 days from delivery date and customer is subject to a non-refundable shipping rate.
Exchange Policy
The shipping rate covers the cost of both a return shipping label and shipment of a new belt.
Exchange shipping payments will be handled by the Body Aesthetics Lab™ Exchange Team and must be paid via invoice before the exchange process can begin.
